Levi and I [Matt] went to go see my Gma, and she was asleep when we got there, so we almost left, but she opened her eyes for a second and saw us, so we stayed. Levi and I sat down in a chair, and he was kind of playing in my lap. He started says things like ba ba ba ba ba and ga ga ga ga ga... Then he starts says hi... hi... hi..., and then he looks at me for a second, folds his hands, and does a little bow and says 'HI!' He did it once or twice before I realizes that he was doing that little Japanese bow thing we did with him a few months ago. I haven't done that since probably Christmas, but he sort of pulled it out of the blue. I told my grandma about it, and then, as I am, he did it again. It was ADORABLE, and my grandma laughed the hardest I've seen her laugh since she's been in the hospital.
This child is HI-LARY-OUS!!!

March 12
Levi is 20 months old today and started saying Bye Bye. He will even say it to me (and wave) before I open the door to get out of the car when Matt drops me off at work. Such a smartie! He will also point at his diaper when he needs to be changed so hopefully potty training will be easy...

Levi updates
Some updates on Levi while I am thinking about it. He is babbling all the time and has started to mimic us with "Yeah" and "Woah" He is starting to say "mama" finally but usually comes out as 'nana'.
Last night I was putting him to bed and I was holding him and he had his head on my shoulder. I was reciting his favorite book A Crack In The Track (I can't believe I know it all by heart) and at certain places he would start giggling. He is so smart. Then this morning when I went in to get him out of his crib I was again holding him with his head on my shoulder and I started patting his back. I felt his little hand patting my shoulder. So then I started rubbing his back and he rubbed my shoulder and laughed.
He is walking really well and trying to speed up sometimes. He knows how to blow air now and can blow out a lit match. He will also blow as hard as he can in our face to see our reaction. Matt pretends that he is blowing him over and of course Levi loves that.
